Phil has been involved in all areas of church music since the age of 16. He holds Masters of Music and Church Music and has directed numerous musical and drama groups both professional and amateur. He has directed the San Diego Symphonic Bells and the Nashville Handbell Ensemble. Phil also enjoys composing and arranging music for various vocal and instrumental groups. He and his family have recently moved to San Antonio from Florida.
